Look for the new APT EXCHANGE series Core Fusion featuring husband and wife team and Core Fusion co-creators Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp.
Called “highly effective” by Prevention, the unique Core Fusion method combines Pilates, the Lotte Berk Method, yoga, and dance into one full body workout. Join Fred and Elisabeth for three morning Core Fusion sessions.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Husband and wife team and Core Fusion co-creators Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp have over 50 years of combined experience teaching Pilates, Lotte Berk Method, yoga, and dance. They are founding team members of Exhale, a leading mind/body spa with locations in the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Thursday, Nov. 11
Class #1: BODY SCULPT
This total-body program employs exercises that tone and sculpt your deepest, hard-to-reach muscles so it’s more efficient and effective than traditional strength training. You’ll use your own body weight as resistance to really challenge and build your muscles.
Friday, Nov. 12
Class #2: YOGA ENERGY FLOW
An energetic, fast-paced practice, Yoga Energy Flow seamlessly blends traditional yoga postures with toning moves for the whole body. Get the calorie-burning benefits of cardio, the sculpting effects of Pilates, and the flexibility and balance of yoga and Chi Gong—all in one workout!
Saturday, Nov. 13
Class #3: LEAN & TONED
Subtle but intense moves increase your heart rate, helping you burn calories and lose weight as you tone. Soon you’ll have flat abs, firm glutes, chiseled arms, and slender legs. And since the unique Core Fusion approach mixes stretching and sculpting moves, your newly defined muscles will be long and lean.
