Overview
Attendees can look forward to exciting and informative events as we partner with the PTPA Fall Meeting this year. Screen a new slate of upcoming APT program offers and attend the Opening Reception at the nearby Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, where you can explore the entire museum, including the new exhibits "Revolutionary Women in Music: Left of Center," "1984," and "Holla If Ya Hear Me," a celebration of 50 years of hip hop. Plus, don’t miss professional development opportunities for stations and an expanded day of professional development for producers, and much more! We hope to see you this November in the "Rock & Roll Capital of the World!”
Dates & Schedule
APT Fall Marketplace will take place from Monday, November 11 through midday Thursday, November 14, 2024. PTPA attendees should plan to arrive Sunday, November 10 and participants attending only APT Fall Marketplace should arrive by mid-day Monday.Check out the preliminary Fall Marketplace schedule to start planning your time.

Rates
- Early bird station rate: $425 if registered by Sept. 20.
(*$525 after Sept. 20) - Early bird non-station rate: $575 if registered by Sept. 20.
(*$675 after Sept. 20) - Hotel: $229/night plus tax (Hotel registration deadline is Oct. 11 or when room block sells out)
- Guest passes: $50/ticket (not available for the Opening Reception)
*Please note: The registration deadline is October 11. While you may still register after this date, we cannot guarantee entry to sponsored events (including meals), or availability of promotional items. Also, APT’s group hotel room block is reserved until Oct. 11 or when the room block sells out (whichever comes first). Any rooms booked after the room block reaches capacity or Oct. 11 will be reserved at the hotel’s regular rate.
