The Daytime Emmy®-winning SIMPLY MING returns for its landmark 10th season with more mouthwatering recipes, celebrity appearances and culinary road trips. This season, Ming's studio kitchen plays host to nationally renowned chefs, including Michael Schlow, Susur Lee, Todd English, Chris Cosentino, Joanne Chang, Andy Husbands, Jasper White, Gordon Hamersley, Duff Goldman, Ellie Krieger, Jamie Bissonnette, Jody Adams, Norman Van Aken, and Seth and Angela Raynor. During the second half of the season, Ming leaves the studio behind to visit some of his favorite chefs on-location in Boston, San Antonio, Chattanooga and as far away as the Azore Islands. Each episode kicks off with a technique demonstration, followed by two dishes — one prepared by a guest chef and one by Ming. Once again, Ming and his guests must design and improvise a meal "on the fly," with items found in Ming's East-West pantry along with a few surprise ingredients.
