Documentary  TV-G

With a wealth of vintage photos and film footage, INDIAN MOTORCYCLE MEMORIES goes back to the daredevil days of the 1920s to explore the mystique of these classic American racing bikes. Tracing the history of the Indian Motocycle Company from its humble beginnings to its phenomenal worldwide success, and to its unexpected troubles after World War I, the program shows how the company persevered and the motorcycle’s reputation for style, engineering and durability lived on. The documentary concludes with a look at the contemporary Indian motorcycle community — a mixture of old and new fans who keep the memories alive and the old engines revving.
