Description
Barrage is the dazzling musical troupe known for their energetic playing of string instruments. Since its formation in 1996, this violin and fiddle "super group" has barraged the world with their joyous flurry of music and dance. BARRAGE: VAGABOND TALES is a stunning visual and aural fusion of music, dance and theatre. Eleven multi-talented international musicians deliver a performance of incredible energy and virtuosity that takes the audience on a musical journey through a variety of eras and cultural styles, including Celtic, Ukrainian, Russian, American and country. BARRAGE: VAGABOND TALES vividly illustrates the adventures of an enchanting group of travelers as they gather in celebration and friendship. This three-part program, taped in front of an enthusiastic audience, is framed by an old man's recollections of the adventures and romances that shaped his life. |
