Description

He explores classic regional Mexican specialties, including carnitas with guacamole, fresh corn tamales and the spectacular grilled meat specialties of Guadalajara. Rick also uncovers the secret to the best gorditas, simple home dishes and contemporary Mexican restaurant creations. Episodes also feature Rick's tips for grilling fish at a beach, visits to the agave fields of tequila country, the copper artisans of Santa Clara, an avocado and trout farm in Uruapan and the luxurious beach communities
of Puerto Vallarta.
