Description
Hosted and narrated by award-winning Broadway, film and television actress Judith Ivey, CHILD SAFETY: IT'S NO ACCIDENT is a timely and informative one-hour program that allows adults to view unsafe situations from a child's perspective, providing useful information for parents and caregivers about keeping children safe. The program uses state-of-the-art electronic graphics to illustrate and reinforce important points for children to remember in a variety of potentially dangerous situations — staying home alone, riding a bike or as a passenger in a car, playing at home or in school, communicating with strangers via computer, and living in homes with guns.
CHILD SAFETY: IT'S NO ACCIDENT shares the real-life stories of three families whose children survived life-threatening injuries, and the research and experience of experts who work with children of all ages. Each segment also offers a safety checklist for parents.
