Some of Ireland's most talented instrumentalists, singers and dancers perform traditional Christmas music, songs, dances, poetry and stories in A CHRISTMAS CELTIC SOJOURN LIVE. Filmed at Boston's Cutler Majestic Theatre, the special mirrors the easy, relaxed and diverse offerings from the Christmas edition of host Brian O'Donovan's national radio program, A Celtic Sojourn.The concert, directed by Eliot Norton Award-winner Paula Plum, features singer Robbie O'Connell, fiddler George Keith and flute player Shannon Heaton; Irish pop-singer Karan Casey and her band; a cappella harmony trio Navan; dance director Kieran Jordan's troupe; guitarist Tony McManus; clarinetist Billy Novick; the talented Mulcahy Family, and finally, O'Donovan's wife and two daughters.
