Schedule a GLOBE TREKKER Episode to Coincide With World

When the eyes of the world were focused on China during the Olympics in August, several stations aired various China-related GLOBE TREKKER episodes to great effect. KETA’s Aug. 14 and KVIE’s Aug. 21 broadcast of “Beijing City Guide” scored the stations’ highest rating of the night, both earning a 2.2. KOPB also did well with this episode, earning a 2.9 on Aug. 2. Meanwhile, WHRO aired
GLOBE TREKKER’s “Chinatown” on Aug. 7 and earned a 1.7 – the station’s top primetime program of the night.
